Incident Report

If a club or coach feels a violation has occurred, we encourage the Club Director or Coach to file incident report on the Full Court Events website.

Please note that the all incident reports needs to be filed by the Club Director and/or Head Coach. Spectators, players and parents are to go through the Club Director and/or Head Coach. Incident reports sent in by anyone else will not be addressed. As a volunteer based organization, Full Court Events does not have employees to go through incident reports filed by multiple people for 1 game. Full Court Events will work closely with the club directors and coaches to resolve any issues. Alberta Basketball will be informed of any incidents Full Court Events deems to be serious enough to get them involved.
